- About the position: PROGRAM ASSISTANT
Tasks:
– Support logistical tasks (airport pick-up, prepare welcome package, arrange orientation, prepare documents, certificate, booking)
– Support in both in-person & virtual programs, working with companies & NGO & international interns (eg: joining meeting, taking notes, follow-up meetings with foreign interns & local organization)
– Support managing the local buddy team (check their work, remind, boost connection, report to program manager).
– Support Marketing team when needed

Requirements:
– Upper- Intermediate English language skills
– Characteristics: cheerful, energetic, reponsive, proactive & responsible, open-minded &flexible
– Computer skills: familiar with word, excel, docs, sheet, PPT
– Can be present at the office at weekdays (can come in the morning or afternoon, ideally both)
